Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Quick Connect platform, including its web portals, kiosks, mobile interfaces, Google TV applications, and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Quick Connect platform.

Description of Services

Quick Connect is a digital communication and community management platform designed to streamline communication, activity registration, meal ordering, service requests, transportation scheduling, and other community-based services in retirement, assisted living, long-term care, and medical facilities. The platform is provided by MyUI LLC, operating under the brand MyUI.AI.

User Eligibility

The Quick Connect platform is intended for use by residents, staff, and authorized family members within supported facilities. By using Quick Connect, you confirm that you are authorized to access the system and that all information provided during use is accurate, current, and complete. Quick Connect is not intended for users under the age of 13.

User Responsibilities

When using Quick Connect, you agree to use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws and facility policies. You agree not to misuse the system, interfere with platform functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or harmful information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Platform Availability

MyUI LLC aims to provide 99.999% uptime for Quick Connect services. While we strive for continuous availability, we may occasionally perform system maintenance or updates that could temporarily affect access. MyUI LLC is not responsible for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Privacy and Data Use

Use of Quick Connect is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate permissions to share information through Quick Connect, including information related to residents, family members, and staff.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and design elements associated with Quick Connect are the exclusive property of MyUI LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Quick Connect without prior written permission from MyUI LLC.

Limitation of Liability

MyUI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the Quick Connect platform. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform is limited to the amount paid, if any, for accessing the service.

Termination of Access

MyUI LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Quick Connect at our discretion, without notice, if we determine that a user has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in harmful or unauthorized activity.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Quick Connect after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Carolina, USA.
